Haru Keller was one of thousands of struggling actors living in LA. After hundreds of auditions and callbacks over the course of several years, she's finally cast in a meaningful role- the heroine of a promising indie film.

But as the director of the movie quickly proves himself to be unstable and controlling, Haru is forced to make a series of difficult choices regarding her health, dreams, and relationships.

However she chooses to navigate her new job, her life will be permanently changed- for better or worse.
