Agaue & Augustus

It is 23 BCE and you are twenty four year old Agaue of Rhodes, the former crown princess of the wealthy island kingdom of Rhodes. Your country has been conquered by the Roman Empire, and in exchange for keeping your family in power and under the empire's protection, you are wed to the emperor himself, Gaius Julius Caesar Augustus. It's up to you how Agaue will live her new life in Rome. Will you scorn your husband and entangle yourself in the viper's nest of the Roman court? Or will you forge a strong, peaceful life for you and your new family on the sidelines? (Note: This story game will be a rather long one and their might even be a sequel later on down the line. Also the tone of this story is generally serious though there will be occasional moments of levity and comedy.)
