That was a bit like reading a SIMS game, I think the idea of story games is that your choices have some sort of impact on events and ideally the larger plot and this makes it more personal. This was just picking a random option from a bunch of stuff, none of it really mattering to me. For such a meaningless story the writing was surprisingly good and showed a healthy imagination, only for the next one can we have some sort of love interest, difficult situation or something a bit more engrossing than whether I have a one-storey or a two-storey house?

There was no actual plot, no story, and no conflict. This is "ChooseYourLife", and, last time I checked, the type of chair I sat on during the Fourth of July didn't influence my life in the least. A lot of the choices didn't make sense either (an animal named "BeBe" that says "yes"?). Make choices that MATTER, something that keeps the readers playing.

Okay, so this is a very random and not-good-enough storygame. You just click on random choices, and that's it. None of it matters, too.

I don't think it's a good fit for "ChooseYourLife". If you add choices and most of them are useless, what's the point of them? We don't need to choose what we eat, can we have something more meaningful please? A better name for this is "ChooseRandomThings".

The only reason it's still up is because it's from 2014. If this was made today, it'll get rightfully axed before my eyes can look at this "storygame".

Pretty good game, I like the firework part

Random, but I guess that's the point. I like how you can choose nearly everything about anything, much more than most other stories. It is as close as you can get, realistically.

This game was pretty pointless. While it provides choices, those choices to not advance any sort of plot or action. No story here, and no puzzle to figure out.

It is meh. I got the feeling that this is an unfinished story. Judging from the creator's profile, they aren't likely to finish it either. It was just really weird. The choices didn't affect anything. This idea would have been better if it was executed the right way.

Pretty great! Also for the animal, an exotic bird, called the exoplo, you name it Caramel (add an area where you research it before teaching it, but you didn't see the part where it explodes because someone spilled punch!)

Grammar is ok, It was decently made,but not really a story, and there is no payoff to doing it.

I thought it was nice but in the end there really was no storyline, and no matter what you picked it lead to the same ending. We need more choices, more of a plot, and a conflict so the reader isn't bored. But over all I love the way you write and I will admit, it's not bad at all. I do recommend this to other readers.

Well, there were a lot of choices. A lot. That's the strong point of this game. Unfortunately, none of them lead anywhere - even just a few different endings would be nice. I can see that to do so would be quite a task, however.

This was a good story, however I feel that the part at the end with the small animal is a bit non sequitur (translation: "it does not follow"). I know how hard it can be to try and have a good, seamless story, but I think this was a detailed story and an excellent effort.

I met a guy in a shitty brown suit and saved a lion from a tree in the forest.

Pretty fun, could be longer.

It could be better but it was still pretty good. Oh, and BeBe is a baby horse and the color of the dude's suit is sparkles! I love horses and sparkles!!!

This game was kind of disappointing since none of my choices mattered at all. I could say I'm Willow at the start, but then say I'm Amanda and I want fireworks later. :| I just think it could be cleaned up a bit more.

It was great until it abruptly ended.
The grammar wasn't great and you were very lazy sometimes, why did you keep asking us to (insert here) for instance.
And for the love of life STOP BREAKING THE FOURTH WALL!

Well, it was certainly linear, but followed an interesting storyline.

It could really use some tweaking up a bit.
One thing is, when you tell the guy your name, I could easily just lie about what character I picked in the beginning. You could do something like "I'm (insert character name here). . ." Also, isn't she, like, still a kid, a preteen at most by the way she acts? I'm sure they wouldn't ask a grownup to be their friend. Stranger-danger.

In speaking of stranger-danger and danger alone, when there was a suspicious man circling the house or the lion ready to pounce, why didn't the character bring that up to the parents? It's like "oh, a lion is ready to attack me. I better go ask my dad what he's reading." Or "oh, there's a suspicious guy circling the house that could stop and kidnap me so I better go inside and ask mother what's for dinner." It makes no sense. It's like you totally disregarded the scenes that could make a story have some drama in it. Instead, it's just about as boring as my life. Not to be mean or anything.

Also, When choosing the family, nobody cares about the names and ages of the parents. We know they're going to be in that age range and names defeat the purpose if they go by Mother and Father.

One last thing, a couple of parts with the family, if the mother was on the phone, she would let her know and not ignore her. She wasn't acknowledging her presence. Yeah, she's listening to someone on the phone, but, if the character didn't tell that she was on the phone at first, then the mother would hear her talk to her over the phone because she would be louder than the phone, unless she was like, whispering.

There was something else I was going to say, but I forgot, but this is good enough. Please don't take my constructive criticism personally. Use this to make your storygame better. :)

I think the story has very good potential for what it is. Although, as I was starting to get into it, it seemed to end. Other than that, the game was pretty fun. I would like to see it taken further.

I honestly like mine so far. I know that it will need a lot more work, but I have a lot of time. Just tell me if there is anything that I need to improve. Thanks!
