Hey guys! I'm just going to post some poetry that I wrote when I was about 6 or 7, or was it 8? Hmmm, I don't know, never mind, I was young, I have an excuse

Fun fact: Rain is a great source of inspiration. In fact, I remember sitting on the porch when it was raining and writing these poems.

These poems are all nature-based and also kinda pathetic, but whatever XD

The leaves turn brown and dry
The trees shed their leaves
The wind blows them down
One by one they fall

It blows in the breeze
It flies in the wind
The kite flying day
has come today

The sunny sky is beautiful
making flowers bloom
all over the ground
making gardens shine like gold

Spreading across the sea
shining across the oceans
twinkling like the stars
making the world brighter

making yellow light
like a fire burning bright
moving across the hills
like the stars in the night

The clouds come by
fiery and black
big and small
large and wide

The rain comes by
making puddles on the floor
then the hail drops down
crashing on the coats

Then the rain stops at last
Then a rainbow comes
colorful and beautiful

The leaves are green
beautiful and bright
making the world shine

Then the wind comes by
uprooting trees
making waves in the sea

The seeds are so brown
when they are sown in the ground
they grow into beautiful flowers

the garden is so beautiful
with all the colors shining
all the flowers swaying

SO looking back at this, what would you change, now that you are older?

Hmmm good question I want to change a few words in the poems, but there is something about them that takes me back, so I want to see them in their classic forms before changing them

Trembling terror 

Bile rises to my throat 

Dry heave in, dry heave out 

The worst has yet to pass 

You were a noob once too, and you shouldn't judge someone when you first notice them. It's a shallow thing to do

Once a noob, I was 

Shallow? Possibly 

I read another poem, bile rises 

Trans Wolverine, a poet they are not

To the gods, I pray

Please, please, I beg to the fray

Let this one, do just one thing

What is a noob?

Let's see 

Is it bile in keyboard form?

So it would seem, that all this time

It was the Trans Wolverine 

Are you done now? I want to go watch TV and you're wasting my time

Where do noobs wander? 

Somewhere close 

The bile is wiped away 

Time, you have plenty of 

Rejoice! 

It's official, you are the most boring person ever.

After two days or so

Shoots bile from its keyboard 

After shit after shit poem, any passerby to suffer 

The noob rages still

Decided to see what cutting edge artificial intelligence could do with this masterpiece:

Sink towards darkness.
I write on my own land, in my spare 
Space station
Piece-n-dishes from the walls of my dreams
So, I hope it finds its own audience.

So beautiful and mysterious, I just can't wait till humanity is replaced.

Until the world has come to?

This might be a warning from that AI. A warning to humans, perhaps. 

Oh and yeah, I wanted to ask you this; who are you (and also look at your poems all at once, they are basically the same thing in different words. No offense, but you need to get a life.)?

I wanted to follow a certain theme with my poems. I'm glad you took notice of that! 

And I am currently experiencing this life that you speak of. It's not so bad thus far, I must say.

There is a narrative poetry prompt thread. Although, I would recommend posting something more recent than ones you wrote as an eight year old.
