New catagory for quizzes?

In the Everything Else section there are around 45 quizzes, perhaps it might be a good idea to give them their own catagory so people who just want to chill and play through a few quizzes can? The School genre only has about 50 story games and Love and Dating and Edutainment only around 60 so maybe it's time to give quizzes their own space too? The Everything Else section is a bit of a catch-all for everything that doesn't fit into the main genres so moving the quizzes out would make room for people who just want to play a fairly random story-game :)

Second idea: there are at least 30 Warrior Cat story-games on this site in the Fan Fiction genre as well. As Warrior Cats fans consist of many of the most active and new-joining members perhaps it would be a good idea to give them their own space too so fans of that genre can enjoy WC story-games and certain site users who (to put it mildly) might possess one or two negative feelings about WC stories need have no reason to read or comment on them? It might help reduce some of the more extreme hostility that occasionally crops up in the forum threads.

Defiantly not. Fan fiction is for fan fiction. It doesn't matter how many of a certain game their are.

No, don't encourage them.

Everything Else is fine in my opinion. This is a CYOA site, not a quiz site. Quizzes should be allowed, but they shouldn't have a section of their own.

We used to have a category for quizzes (partly the reason we have so many.) it was removed when mystery/horror changed to mystery/puzzle and horror.  The reason it was removed iirc was that the focus if the site is CYOA games, not quizzes- and the presence of a Quiz category was felt to be encouraging their creation.
