People are supposed to read the story, not the description.
But they aren't the ACTUAL story. If your game has a great description but sucks beyond all belief, you shouldn't get any points. People already get points for publishing games, we don't need extra just for the description.

No, this would give the mods too much work since a computer can't automatically tell what writing is up to par compared to others.
People don't rate stories based on the description though. It wouldn't work.
