I was wondering if maybe someone could make a app (both for android and apple products) of this website, allowing you to not only play online, but offline through a download feature. I already know of a similar app for another website (PrinceReader https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.andytank.princereader#?t=W251bGwsMSwxLDIxMiwiY29tLmFuZHl0YW5rLnByaW5jZXJlYWRlciJd There is also BakaReader by the same person)  so I figure it should be possible for this website as well.

Yes, I am fully aware that you can go on to the browser on the phone and still read the storygames, but an app would still be much preferable.

Alexp (owner/creator of this site), brought it up before. Basically, it would have to be a pay app since it would cost money to make (unless someone volunteers to make a free one).

Idea got mixed responses on no real final decision, but I'd assume for now he's not planning to have one made.
