I've seen that on some profiles, people have earned trophies given from others. How do you do that, or is it only possible to get it from certain people?

Only people who have their own personal trophy can give one out. It's mostly mods and admins who have them, I think, but in order to have your own to give out, you need to have--I think-- a certain number of points, three member trophies, and three featured games? Something like that. It's incredibly difficult to accomplish.

Then I'm surprised how many people can give trophies!
