It's where you put a video into your post. All you have to do is click the source button, go on the video you want, get the embed code (If you're on YouTube, go to share and click 'embed', then copy the thing you get), then paste it into the post.

Like copy this and put it in the source (Remember to paste it as plain text. Also backspace where there's a space between the arrow and the iframe): < iframe width="640" height="390" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/_-wo5t5YurM" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>

Just copy the embed code I gave you, click source, put it in, and viola! You did it! Though you'll have to delete the space between the arrow pointing left and the word iframe.
