I love writing warriors fan fics, but I can never think of good names for the cats. I will post descriptions of cats on this post. Plz suggest names. I might leave prefix suggestions, if I do, use that as the prefix.

Not a fan, but to help you out, here are some names.

Thunderpaw. Silver-Eye, Golden-Fur, Mid-Night, Double-Fang, Fire-Star, Nova-Sight, Quick-feet, or Dark-sight.

I've seen a few Warrior Cat names and noticed they are cool and slick, well, some anyway. So just add a cool word followed by something a cat has (Tail, Paw, Fur, ect.)

Um, how is creating a Warriors name hard at all? They follow the same pattern.

Adjective + Cat/Forest Themed Noun/Adjective = Warrior Cat Name

It's not hard.

As for your descriptions, you have to be a little more... well, descriptive. Imagine that you are looking at a cat as you describe it. Saying something like "an orange tabby with a white stripe" isn't adequate enough. Its bland. Describe the cat's height, appearance, body language, exact color, etc.

Everyone struggles with it at some point. And Greenleaf is not useable. It's a season. But I get you when you think it's easy. It does get hard after 20 cats and 1000 that already exist in books or other stories.

I don't think it got the joke.

These posts are very good. Bolt, you should be a master of WC names at this point.

Upon a glance, since the names are compound words, you can break tradition and give them singular, less kiddy-sounding names like Celeste, Nova, etc.  I haven't seen it done before, but I feel it's more valuable for the character to have a name with meaning and history rather than a label of two words that might not represent them at all.

If you use those words, then you should probably make Power Clans instead of the original ones.

For once I'm interested in WC.

I've got a feeling that they are clans that have specific boosts to their skills, like ThunderClan has the best strength stat, WindClan has the best speed stat, and so on...

A cat that looks exactly like Garfield and loves chicken nuggets. Put it in any mofuckin' WC fanfic you want.

Also, don't write a WC fanfic. You won't get any praise (Well, maybe from WC fans, but they call any piece of shit someone throws out about WC cats a masterpiece).

Chris actually has a point. Almost everyone (except WC fans) don't lile WC storygames. Why? Because most (if not, all of them) are poorly written and I haven't see any WC storygame with 5/8 rating. Lot of WC storygames got unpublished. Rosetail is trying to make a good WC storygame. Hopefully it will get 5/8 or more. It just seems that most WC fans here don't put much efforts to their storygames.

Check out Warrior Cats Adventure or something like that. It has a 6/8 (Mainly from all the WC fans spamming 8/8)

Oh hi Raven! And I hope so too. I started one of those copy-paste-this-in-your-profile things for save the warriors, have seen 2 so far: Bolt and tinypaw. There could be more, but I hope they do what they copy pasted.

I ****ing hope so. I don't want any more bad WC storygames flooding the site. More bad WC games = Even worse reputation for WC. WC fans really need to understand that.

I just got a LOT of quotes from TacocaT a minute ago...about the same thing. And I'm trying to get the fans to understand that.

Look up warriors traditionalism before you write a warriors fic. Please, for the love of everything that is good and holy. I'm tired of people naming their cats things that don't make sense and completely invalidate world building and unique cultural structure. Do your research.

I doubt it, since these are wild cats who are borderline starving. And cat's aren't purple.
