Can your storyboard be deleted?

If you mean a published story game then yes definitely.

Go into My Stuff for a list of your projects to delete/edit anything of your own.

Admins will usually only delete obvious troll games or Warrior Cats stuff, or games unpublished for low quality that the author keeps republishing because they are not a learning animal.
