I'm new to this site so I thought I'd drop bye and say hi.

Perfectly all right. I'm fergie, one of the regulars on here along with Zikara and cool who have already introduced themselves. We'd be happy to help with anything and everything (except sometimes scripting because not all of us know that. Ask Zikara those questions) :)

What's up? I'm always happy to help, but I don't really have a specialty or anything. Like Fergie said, ask Zikara (she's the go to girl for this sorta thing) for scripting questions, but you could also ask 3J if you wanted to. Of course, some of us also know how to script (I noticed the thread you made about needing a battle script) so we would be happy to help once you learn the basics from the articles October gave you.

Don't worry, I don't know anyone who didn't have trouble scripting at first.

Except maybe Zikara.

Ha, yeah, I remember when you came up with that first scripting code (i forgot what it was for,) and 3j had mentioned and talked about it and 5-7 hours later you got it to work.
