Ah, hadn't realized about the whole 'highest rate of crime and murder' thing.

So the most violent city in South Africa is about to go short of a necessary resource, while all the normal people will be forced to travel from their homes at predictable times to collection points to receive the much desired water...this will end well.

Although Day Zero had already been pushed back from March till May because of some more water conservation stuff they did, so hopefully they'll get more in the meantime.

My economics professor is from Cape Town and he's just been talking about how everyone there deserves it. I don't think he likes his home town much.
