Here's a introduction to most of the girls.
The gymnasium was loud and crowded as all the first years started to file in. Teachers and some older looking students were directing who they could to desginated seats as you stood waiting for your turn. You would be lying if you said that you weren't a little bit excited and nervous, and you could probably say the same for the rest of your friends.
It took about twenty minutes for them to seat everyone, and with that done the ceremony was beginning to commence. Misaki and Ren were sitting on your left and right side as Misaki seemed to be the most visibly excited out of the three of you.
"You look like a dork you know that right? Could you try acting a little more cooler?" Ren whispers to Misaki.
Misaki rolls her eyes at her as the whole gymnasium starts to grow quiet with someone finally taking center stage of the makeshift stand in which all the seats are facing. It's a very tall and slender man, wearing a very sharp and formal business suit as students and students stand behind him.
His voice was loud and powerful as he let out his beginning statement.
"Welcome class of 2020!"
A loud round of applause of was followed by this short statement as you joined in with it.
"A wonderful school year is ahead for you all. Never before had we've seen such a diverse group of students with this year's first year numbers being the highest that its ever been in years! I am your principal, Mr. Zhao, I hope to be what you expect me to be while I hope it goes the other way around as well."
Mr. Zhao steps aside as he leans out a hand towards the students behind him.
"I would also like to introduce to all of you some of club presidents that represent their own prestigious clubs that make up our school."
Mr. Zhao steps aside as the first student steps up.
Her appearance seemed as sharp as Mr. Zhao as her form was straight and towering that gave off stong vibes of intimidation to you.
"Hello first years! My name is Hana and I am your Student Council President. I hope that some of you will take interest in joining us and help make our school a better place."
A applause follows as another student comes center stage.
This one seems much more energetic and lively, with a much louder and enthusiastic voice then that of Hannah.
"Hello first years! My name is Maya and I'm the Captain of our Swim and Soccer teams! Both of them are the sports that have gotten our school the most awards so I hope that we can get some hardworking and sports orientated students to come and join us!"
Another applause, another student.
This one is much more different than any of the other students that have come before her. She seems fatigued and bored, giving you the impression that she may had been forced to do this.
"Hello, my name is Emi and I'm the president of our Songwriting club that's based off our fine arts music class. If it's something that interests you then sign up." She says this bluntly with a monotone voice that brings no emphasis to her club advertisement.
The applause matches this with a less enthusiastic response then those that had come before.
Another student takes the spotlight, though this time she is followed by another. The two of them seem to be polar opposites. The one of left seems to have the smallest body out of everyone had come up so far. A oversized hoodie conceals most of her body and face with only her mouth and nose being clearly visible.
The one next next to her isn't bigger by much, but she seems visibility more excited much similar to the one sports captain. A large baseball cap sits backwards on her head while a more fitting sweater hugs her body. The one with the oversized hoodie is the first to speak.
Her voice is a bit quiet and slow, but she seems to care about what she has to say.
"Hello everyone, my name is Konomi and this is my sister Kotomi. We are the presidents of the animal welfare club. We help take care of animals and help strays find new homes. If you wo-."
Kotomi stops her sister mid sentence as she takes control of the microphone. Her voice being much, much louder than her sister.
"Our club is in dire need of new members so were hoping that we can get some of you first years to join! Please help us take care of the poor animals that need care and help us get rid of the stray problem in our local area!"
Another applause as they take their leave. A few more clubs are introduced but they don't gather much of your attention then the first ones did. After all the clubs are finished with their introductions the teachers started introducing themselves as well.
It took about two hours for everything to finish as everyone was then allowed to get up and get refreshments from the food table in the back of the gym.
Groups would be choosen soon for quick tours around the school.
Getting yourself a cookie you could see Ren start stuffing her face with all the goodies that were before her. Misaki gave a look of digust as she took to sipping a cup of punch.
A teacher came by to the three of you and gave you your group letter which would be C.
After pulling Ren away with her grabbing one last handfu of cookies, you went to your assigned group in which your tour was to be.
