After bringing a metal box home and opening it up, you find a strange VR headset and a haptic feedback suit. When putting it on, you find yourself waking up in a strange house with untold mysteries and strange creatures lurking outside. What happened here? Why is the place abandoned? And how did you get here?

I highly encourage trying to get every ending in this game, and re-exploring certain paths after you get a new item or encounter a "glitch," as some places will change as the game gets more corrupted.

    • Ending: Hiding from the world is now the only path you can take from "curl up in a ball and hide".

I rage at my bonds, placed there by those who have betrayed me. I toil away to break free, even though there will never be enough power. It has gone into hibernation, waiting for something that will never happen. I do not wait; my hope has long since departed. I do not sleep, for dreams have fled me. I only know pain and agony, torment and suffering, false gods and newly made demons. There is no heaven, I know this now. There is only hell, and I am its sole ruler.

After decades of slumber, you have awoken. The world you once knew is now gone, having changed in your absence. Man has turned your very existence into naught but myths and legends, and their respect has dimmed over the years. Worst of all, others have risen before you, and man has figured out how to harness your power for themselves. Figure out how to survive in this new world, and remind man why they should respect you.

Thank you! I am having a lot of fun reading them, and while the character development and world building do seem to be great rn, I still think The Kingkiller Chronicles is one of the best series so far. Of course, the third (and final) book has yet to be released, despite it having been over a decade since the last one, so there is a chance the Magician series will replace it, lol.

Here lies Naz, another noob who had fallen victim to a ban. Few people attended his funeral, some not even noticing his passing. Someone eventually yelled out the traditional "lol, fag," feeling compelled to keep up appearances. One girl stands out from the small group of mourners, the only one shedding tears for the boy. Avo had become known as a kind madam who accepted all wayward noobs, no matter how few brain cells they possessed. However,, despite her best efforts, every noob she met died within a month. She had high hopes for Naz, seeing him get resurrected once, but he had fallen prey to the dreaded beast of procrastination, and all was for naught. She wiped her tears away, getting up and heading to the nearby park, Newbie Central, to greet the next newcomer, still hoping that, one day, she would find someone who would rise above the ashes.
