Player Comments on Words you probably don't Know

Word quizzes might be good in other formats, but with how easy it is to look things up online, a format with a timer would be better.

As for this particular quiz, it is too short and the words weren't that hard. Then again, I have a love of words, so that might make it easier for me. Really, more words should be added, and maybe have them get progressively harder.

Vocab quiz. I got them all right, but the word is "presumptuous," not "presumptous." Too short, to many misspellings for a vocab quiz.

It's actually quite easy... well, mabye not for some people but I used to play AdventureQuest for hours on freaking end, which contained all these smarty words. Also, only three questions?? Really?

I got every single one right. I did not cheat. I am 10 years old. That was a horrible quiz.

I got 3 out of 3, which apparently makes me a genius. I am no genius, however I do have a basic grasp of the English language. This is something the author is clearly lacking. How can you spell TOOTHPASTE so wrong!

I don't understand on how you're testing OUR knowledge on words, when you can't even spell half of the words in the storygame.

This whole game, nay, this whole frickin' page, is full of horrid misspellings. Even madglee's comment has improper use of the word "to". What is this world coming to, man?

Well, this was published eight years ago. And I am so sorry that I have to say that your grammar isn't quite grasped that well and the... scoring thing? It would be better with variables, but this is actually a pretty great try on making a storygame. And honestly, the first one stumped me a bit. Now that you're eight years older than when this was published, I hope you get the chance to unpublish it and edit it for the joy of all of us.

Short and they were pretty common words if you read.

It was kind of fun. I mean, I had to think to remember what those words were, but they're not like Scripps words or anything. Make the words REALLY difficult, have there be more of them, and maybe use variables so you can get an actual score. Then this will be much more enjoyable. ;-)

The sheer irony derived from the content and the writing itself is astounding.

But alas, that infinitesimal amount of humor cannot save the fact that there were only 3 words present, all of which being generally common knowledge for a writing website. This is not to mention the self-scoring system, which could've been easily made using CYS's tools.

In a quiz about words, it would help if you could spell correctly. Also, those were pretty easy words.

I got every answer right. The quiz was fine, just needs to be longer. Also alittle to easy.

Meh. OK for a first game. Kind of devious way to score but try makign a quiz with the advanced editor instead. I also already knew two of those words. Make it longer.
