PM Everyone - Time consuming and might forget a few people.
Bulk Messaging - Fast and Reaches everyone.
Forum Posting - Fast and Reaches many people except that it gets lost after awhile.
Solution: Bulk Messaging
Definition-Bulk Messaging - V. - (BMG) BMG is the act of saying you want to PM everyone with the following conditions:
New - Yes/No/Dosen't Matter (Only reaches members who have signed up after the message was sent)
New Lenth - Up to a month or Forever (You can only have one forever - States how long the message will stay until it won't be recieved anymore
Been On in the past - Up to a month (Only reaches people who have been active lately)
Made ##+ Games (Only reaches people who have this many games made)
Has #### Mag Points (Self Explanitory)
Here is an example of a message:

Has 250 MAG points
