I'd link to the GTA V trailers, but you said "no overly-graphic violence", and Trevor's trailer starts with him smashing some dude's head with a baseball bat, and ends with him shouting " Do you want me to take my dick out again?"
That should be fine. :P Preferably no nudity or sex, tho.
GTA games are notorious for having a lot of sex but not actually showing anything to the players. Even the controversial Hot Coffee mod for San Andreas barely shows boobs and CJ dry-humping girls. GTA V offers a little more on the "ass" part but yeah.....no nudity.
