First off, may I direct you to this very, very important article?
Now, this is directed to your wish. Why? It's not like having pictures are required in storygames. Besides that, if you're too lazy to use places like Lunapic and Picresize, well...not much I can say then.
This seems like a lot of work for something very few people will use :)
Besides, with that glitch about pictures being removed everytime you reopen the pages in your storygame, I don't think this would be a very wise change at the moment.
