I have really enjoyed forum diving on this site, but two names seem to come up quite a bit without explanation on why they're gone. 

Ford is banned - his last post proclaiming himself dead, and 3J seems to have vanished without a trace four years ago, his last points being 3 separate tax deductions for birthday welfare in 2023. Did Ford really, truly, actually die of alcohol poisoning? 

At that point- what on earth happened to Avery_Moore/Briar_ Rose? She's been gone for a while, it seems. Anyway, I'm going to get back to reviewing. Maybe I'll keep Grill Night and the Newbies out of last place. (Is it too late to use the stop card?)

No one here can either confirm nor deny the existence of any of those "people"

3J's really been gone longer than his last 2021 log in, his last post was in 2019 which was the last year he did any meaningful activity. I think he logged in once in 2021 and that was it.

Didn't even bother saying hi/bye to any of us other than Gower which is sort of funny considering Gower's a CoG triple agent spy.

Dunno what's going on with Briar/Avery. We're hoping she's okay though.

I took a look and according to Avery's YouTube, she was starting a new job around the time of her last login. So chances are she's alive and just busy.

Hopefully Avery / Briar will be back soon, she's probably just busy. Sometimes people just disappear for a few years then reappear (like Chris). The site can be a bit of a Bermuda Triangle though at times in terms of mysterious disappearances, I'm still wondering what happened to Bucky :D You can use the Stop card whenever you want to stop people doing bad things to you but as RK has already gone... you might need to just keep hold of it :)

Bucky got pissed at all of us and left in a huff.

Not our fault he didn't like the movie Mad Max.

Bucky did have things going on, like getting married, trying to be a cop and then a lawyer or something, and bought a house before immediately starting to feud with the neighbor.

But he was a boomer at heart even though he was in his twenties and would exhibit qualities like ragequitting the old IRC and Discord servers multiple times over "not being respected", because he got dropped in the quarantine channel a few times as a prank or got told he had bad opinions. And sometimes he would be drunk and intentionally start shit.

He would always seethe about this awhile, then formally announce his departure and delete his discord account, only to ask to be let back in months later. It was just one of his little quirks.

Eventually he died on the hill of "farm fresh produce" and being generally against the human race preserving food, or people in North Dakota eating at all. Cricket and Sabley (an actual farmer, who is known to preserve food, as farmers do) had to school him on that one and he slunk off never to be seen again. Dude really should've just stayed on the forum, oh well. Having access to a chat where you can post all your thoughts as a perpetually angry male with an inflated sense of self worth and no filter is not always a good thing.

Ah, it's fun to know all this stuff for us nosy folk :) That's the problem with the forums, they're very easy come - easy go and even long-time members have been known to vanish for months or years and then turn up again. I know 3J started the orders just before he went off which have been kind of fun :D Avery mentioned she'd take a break from writing to master her new job so I expect she'll pop back up again soon.

The only thing I know about Bucky is that he ran a metric ton of contests here back in the day, but he sounds like an interesting guy offsite...

His EPIC contest looked really cool! And flux was in it too!

3J used to always say he was going out to buy cigarettes, and then we wouldn't see him again for years. One time he broke a fairly major thing on the site immediately before doing this, and we waited actual years before finding someone who could remove a stray zero for us to fix it.

I'm actually getting worried about Briar since she had some pretty intense family stuff going on at the time she vanished, but she's been known to take a hiatus of a few months before.
