I need to copy paste something out of my notepad, how do I do that?
Highlight the text you wish to copy with your mouse. Then press CTRL + C (or command + C on a Mac) to copy it. To paste, click where you want the text to go, then press CTRL + V (or command + V).

I tried that didnt work. Might have been because I was using a PC keyboard on a mac.
Try right clicking what you have highlighted and selecting "Copy" that way. To paste, right click where you want to paste and select "Paste".
I tried that too, also im no longer on that computer.
Is this a bug or is just because PC keyboards are not meant for Macs.
Well, everybody can do the things I've mentioned except for you, so it's pretty safe to say the problem's on your end. The right-click method shouldn't have anything to do with your keyboard.
