I was wondering if it was okay to post a story about something non-human? Lets say Im making a story and I place the reader as a cat or something. Would that get it deleted? I havent seen any stories like that.

It will be fine, there are actually a few games with a non-human point of view on this site. It probably wouldn't get deleted, unless the cat starts saying sensitive things. 

There are one or two. They're not that common because most writers aren't good enough or can't imagine life from the perspective of an animal well enough to write a story, and when the occasional one pops up it's pretty bad. But if you can make a decent, detailed story from the point of view of an animal, then go for it.
