I recently logged in and realized that I haven't been active since at least my 20th birthday... which was almost a full year ago now. And yet still nobody has claimed my shiny top poster trophy. Are these trophies even still in circulation? Because logically I should not have this anymore with as many people posting in that time.

I haven't played The Witcher, so I really can't appreciate Geralt as a character.

Basically a sarcastic version of the Nameless man from the Fistful of Dollars series. A young Harrison Ford kind of character. Walk into town, get fame, kick ass, bone the leading lady, all while making snappy remarks to just about everything and somehow managing to adhere to a code of honor.

My dealio is that he's already at odds with monsters, even sentient ones, and that his main girl is kind of a Game-of-Thronesy seductress who's all about the wang and doesn't really care about his feelings or his sort-of-but-not-really daughter. It'd be quite the character arc to see him meet a sexy monster who's actually emotionally responsible, and it would be interesting to see how she'd deal with a monster slayer that somebody hired to find a missing jaundiced girl.

Reckless cannibalization of the English language aside, I agree that would be a nice pairing, with Toriel's insistence on showing mercy to even the most unworthy and Geralt's batman-esque indifference towards the lives of monsters.

Not to mention, they both have white hair, so, you know, it's thematic. If I had less shame, I would submit it to Tumblr and see if it ever gets big, but that place is so very unclean...

Nah, I disagree that you should get into random squabbles, it's better to be really encouraging so they automatically reply with 'That's so amazing thank you so much' and then you can respond to their praise with some observation. :P

I don't think he's referring to any specifc set of games (besides WC which was banned a while ago) it just so happens that a lot of crappy games are published, which is to be expected and something that has pretty much always happened.

Right, although quiller wrote a great post recently on what it takes to get a 7/8 or 8/8. It gives me hope that it's still possible to get such a rating! Right now I don't have a 7/8 idea, sadly, so I will just have to go back to the drawing board! You'd love my Notepad, it must have about 70 ideas on it, lol.

If only I could have 100% dream recall, then the amazing story would already have written itself...
