I know the stories on this site have been improving, and I'm always brewing new ideas from this. How does the community feel about a series of storygames, split into maybe ten parts, and then put into a large storygame at the end of the run? It would work best as a Zombie Series, or a Superhero series, or medieval... etc.

How would you feel if I (or any other members) did this?

Zombie stories: Go for it.

Serial Stories: Please don't.

Please don't do a series made up from different storygames. I hate having to wait for another storygame when I know there's one coming. Usually the writer gets frustrated with the story or bored or just disappears off the face of the earth and then I'm expected to deal with not having closure at the end because they were too lazy to finish the series.

If you want to write a 10-part story, go ahead. Just don't publish it until you finish all 10 chapters!

If it's going to be a serial, it needs to be similar to Homo Perfectus-- as in "Each story in the series is a complete game with 6/7 length."

Think of it as the difference between chapters in a book and books in a series.
