I don't understand the game

An interesting idea though I think a bit more ideology rather than I don't really like the government might be necessary for the full-scaled rebellion devotee. The line "if there's one thing women are good at it's spreading gossip" might not go down well with about 50% of the population either btw :)

Started off well but gets boring quickly.

Definitely a good idea for a storygame. Several of my choices felt like they had an impact, but after about 3-4 pages it felt like you got bored and tried to end it quickly by not letting the player use most options. I'd love to see more work on this game.

I'd suggest streamlining this and making the system more intuitive.

You really need to use variables to track choices and scores.

There is no way to win this game. This is a silly game which was probably made using the Advanced Editor, but fails to use variable restrictions correctly. 1/8.

Also, I think I found a bug, I I get allies from my countries enemies it said that I had +10 allies, yet I still can't petition, which it said I only need a +7. Might want to fix that?

Not terrible, but things could have definitely be expanded on. I think you should have gone into more detail regarding Lyle Rupert's "evil" regime, give us more choices on how to overthrow it etc.
I'd suggest continuing with this idea, and make a larger and better game in the future.
4/8
