We have a lot of interesting people here and was just curious where everyone is from.  I'm sure most people are from the states, if so what part. And if not from the states, from where? Maybe some of us will be surprised

I will start...im from the states, the smallest one actually, but currently traveling around Asia.

Yes, this is a very touchy subject. Even though USA doesn't have a long history like other countries. I still think that Americans do have a certain culture to them. They started a lot of music genres in the past modern age. Along with movie/T.V. culture since the beginning. Americans often have a certain attitude that they carry that are different from Europeans or other western cultures. Which is why there is also a stereotype that comes with Americans. Positive or not, it can still be considered "Very American."

As far as one culture is better from another, I'm not biased. There are positives to be taken from really every country.

Hi guys,

Writing my first story on this site. Its about playing the role as an animal. I know that doesn't sound exciting, but I'm trying to make it pretty deep and meaningful. Since starting, some days I get in the mood of writing, other days my brains not working much.

Was just curious, how long does it usually take for you guys to start and complete a story? I know it all depends on the quality and length of course so I guess to be more clear, a pretty well written story?  Not incredibly long?

I'm also curious what is the longest time someone took to write a story? The shortest?

Anyways, was just on my mind while writing, since its taking a lot longer than I originally thought.
