It would be nice to have it so that on item use an item could change into another item.  For example mabey you have an apple.  It has one use.  After uses are used up it transforms into Half Eaten Apple!  The person now has it look a lot better.  They could also add another picture.

This is something I will leave up to you, the author. See Locked Out#1 for how the candybar turns into half-eaten candybar.

Yes, you can use Item drops.

Yah, but it takes time for the game and shouldn't really be considered in the length.
