When I preview it, it doesn't add the paragraph breaks and simply shows as one long block of text. Is there something I'm doing wrong

Looks like it's breaking the line where you tell it to, just add a second tag to do it again and get a line of white space in there.

The description page is the only one that forces you to do line breaks manually like that, I don't know why.

I am jealous that you can look at the details without having to tease out what is actually going on by asking many questions.
