Where is the info and other helpful things?

It's literally to the left of his/her (gender equality!) username.

The title "Sir" implies that the person with the title is a male.

Maybe it's a fetish of hers to be called Sir. Who knows, right?

Well, Major General Armstrong was called "Sir" by all of her subordinates, so I guess it is possible that it is a title of respect. Or, as you put it, a fetish.
