What's the best creepy pasta y'all have read. 1999 tops em all IMO. Pretty much because it doesn't involve monsters or cursed games or movies, just a sick man in a bear suit luring kids. All to real

Second best one is the 7 day dream with the girl knocking on your window, I'll see if I can find the link.

Fixed that spelling for ya. I do not have a favorite creepy pasta because I've never found any of them entertaining.

Same, but my little cousin's started making me open doors for her, since she's afraid that a rake might pop out.

Favorite creepy pasta

How old is she?

Eleven.

Seems reasonable.

Yes, but we're a little too far north for chupacabras and a little too far east for deathclaws, so I don't know why she'd believe that they somehow had a baby that is running loose around our neck of the woods.

Only most children are idiots, and some in different ways.

Favorite creepy pasta

Why are children being fans of something idiots, in your book?

Favorite creepy pasta

It's not so much "being fans", as "taking poorly contemplated and poorly written attempts at horror all too seriously".

Favorite creepy pasta

I would reckon it's because often 'young fans' are incredibly passionate about a particular thing without any particular reason as to why in older people's views. If you asked my young brother why he loves watching jacksepticguy, he'd say something like 'because he's funny', but to someone older and who has been exposed to better humour, it seems idiotic to feel so passionate about something so sub-par.

Mmmm. You're both judgemental pricks. Let the kids have their fun.

Favorite creepy pasta

Judgmental prick, you say?

On a more serious note, though, I'm not interfering with any kids' having fun. I'm just annoyed by my little cousin reading this shit and then nearly soiling herself any time the lights flicker, which is quite odd, as she has been in two deadly tornadoes and caught in the middle of more meth-induced fighting than anyone I know. So, I really don't see what a Mexican demon who likes playing with pencils has on her.

Yea I got scared of silly stuff to when i was younger, but now as long as the story dosen't have a scary ass picture that'll make my balls drop like per say.......something bloody and not photoshop looking, then yea Ill look around every once in awhile when I'm home alone,

Scary shit happens during those times.

Charlie Charlie are you there?
I can't seem to find you anywhere.
I stacked the pencils and shit just right,
and it's now 59 minutes after midnight.

Charlie, please get over here.
The teenagers are running out of fear
for the superstitions they hold dear.
And they might start to think I'm weird.

Charlie Charlie,  Where you at?
The pencils are still where they sat
When I was here last week, in fact
I'm starting to think this is just an act
to make people think I'm out of whack.

For fuck's sake, man, just move these things!
This abandonment, it really stings.
I've tried so many rituals
at this point it's habitual.
I tried to get -

Hey, Pendejo, shut your face.
You're embarrassing the human race.
This shit is pants-on-head retarded,
Stop it with this meme you started.
I'm tired of this, Cause I ain't there,
You're just desperate for a scare.
So put away those candles, and that butter knife.
I don't exist. Get a fucking life.

I'm in the same boat as Kiel. I feel that they are just stupid stories to make naughty children go to bed.

1999 is good, but aside from the grade fucking A brutal nature of Mr. Bear's shows, it's not really scary. I also remember Ted the Caver being good, what with it slowly descending from a spelunker and his friend trying to get into a cave via a small opening that they chip away at to the horror they experience when they finally do; it also reminds me of an H.P. Lovecraft story, so that's a plus.

Anyway, NoEnd House was my favorite, mainly because it was (and so far is) the only one that actually scared me.

I've never read that one; always heard good things about it, though.

I advise that you do.

Favoite creepy pasta

I read it, not really scary or even unnerving IMHO. Pretty disappointing compared to what I've heard about it.

Favoite creepy pasta

I've seen it before, but it's kind of boring.

I don't know, but Linguine can be particularly spooky when viewed in a dimly lit room.

Obsessive Compulsive is by far my favourite creepy pasta. Just listen to Cryaotic read the story and it's just... amazing!

I'm a 911 Operator is my favourite from Cry. His voice acting has improved so much.

Haven't heard that one yet. I'll give it a listen now. :P

EDIT: HOLY BALLS! :P I quite enjoyed that, though personally I prefer the more "real" creepy pastas. Still I think I just got a new second favourite.

I think they put a ban on these now, but I never understood why there was a huge number of Zelda/Pokemon/Mario type "creepy pastas".

It's all very ... psychiatric, but there's nothing more unnerving than tchk td-a tchk t-tchk ba-da-da tchk broing broing invading your sleep.  Or maybe that's just me.

Meh, I like SCP better.

Favoite creepy pasta

Eh, none of them ever live up to the hype. I remember my first day really on the internet years and years ago when I read one of them and I was genuinely scared. The idea in itself was rather stupid, but it was before I knew that 99% of everything on the internet was bullshit, so I thought it was real and I felt unnerved about it for entire hours afterward.

Wasn't that first one you read "Normal porn for normal people?"

I still like Candle Cove the best.

Favoite creepy pasta

First one I read ever was Squidward. The next one I read was normal porn for normal people, which got me that time because the narrator was actually believable.

Favoite creepy pasta

Candle cove is the best.

Just read npfnp.  A good beginning, there's a cool idea there, but ultimately disappointing.  The ending was trite and neither scary nor disturbing, a waste of the intriguing/ bizarre start.

Favoite creepy pasta

It is pretty creepy, But there's so many good ones! I can't pick a true favorite.

Favoite creepy pasta

Yeah, I didn't like the "scrubbed off the internet' aspect either. It would have been pest if it had ended with him telling us all how great it is, and how it's for the good of mankind.

Favoite creepy pasta

It would have been best if all the videos stayed weird but non-sexual, too.

Found something probably creepier than any creepy pasta.
