A problem with the maturity level thing is that the author has complete control over what it is.  A game could have intense warfare, but the author could still set the maturity level to 1!  On the End Game and Leave Comments page you should also be able to rate the game on its maturity level, not have the author decide it.

This is a very good suggestion. Actually, one thing on the "to-do" list right now is to give Moderators the power to do this.

Agreement.  Because: A player such as redeye could change a game with total warfare to a 1.  Mods are proven trustworthy.
