I can’t believe I missed this, but I’m pretty sure the definition of rape is broad enough that one doesn’t have to achieve any kind of real intercourse. As long as it’s physical, someone can at least rub a genital on it. I also don’t think insanity is the issue as much as actual physical death. Sanity is not a prerequisite for being a rapist

I'm just thinking... Why is venge not a thing? I mean, in order for one person to get revenge, do they not first have to be venged? As in, to wrong someone who has never wronged you is to venge them.
