Well, I'd say that I'm pretty good with titles, but I'd need more info on the story itself to help you there. Like weather you're planning on having it humorous or serious, which section it will be in, what the basic plot line would be, what the cast of characters are.
Ex: Slightly humorous, sci-fi, adventure. Short thing about the story: a young werewolf escapes from a mutant school. Cast of characters: A handful of werewolves, a couple 'failed experiments', magic users.
Based off of that, I'd call it Werewolves an' Magic. It catches the slightly humorous and a hint at adventure right there in the title. It will obviously have werewolves and magic users or at least magical things in it based off of what the title says. You put together the hint at adventure with the werewolves and you get a hint at possible plot. Obviously this isn't the best title you could get since it doesn't get the sci-fi or the failed lab experiments in it. Though not all authors take all this into consideration, so most of the time you can't really accurately tell these things about the story just by the title. 'Don't judge a book by it's cover.'
