It's unlikely that Brennon will actually do jail time, given that he's a minor and it's probably his first offence.

I don't know you but I have a bad feeling about this. The first thing you do is not capitalize the first word in a sentence.

What about capitalizing a proper noun? 

The first thing you do is not center your entire identity around your desire for a girlfriend.

I mean, what happens when he gets one? (Obviously this will always remain purely in the realm of speculation, but still a good thought exercise about a thing that will never happen.)
