I noticed that with most stories, some of the comments at the top have these cute little starry thingies next to them. What do they mean? Is there some way of rating comments or do the little starry things mean that the comments were made by really important type people on the site?

They were chosen as the best comments on that particular storygame. "Featured Comments"

How do you feature a comment?

The moderators/administrators can. Feel free to recommend any that you see.
