Hi, Naomi here. >.<

I haven't really talked my fellow citizens of CYStia in a while, so just gonna ask a question.

What's some of the things you want for Christmas??

I want to spend some quality time with my family, and to get my own laptop.

A new laptop for me as well(I think I actually have enough to build another one now, come to think of it) and maybe some much needed rest xD

And time with my friends would be nice as well ^_^

Yeah, rest. I need some rest too. A chance to sleep in for a week or so.

That would be great. But as of right now, I'm struggling with 5 finals in one week, so:((((

My laptop has freezing a lot lately, forcing me to restart or shut it down multiple times. Not to mention it's incredibly slow, so yeah, a new computer would be nice. I also want a few Dragon Quest games, but that's pretty much it.

I've been slowly coming to the conclusion that a Toshiba office laptop fast approaching its tenth birthday is a sub-optimal choice for those of us with games that take up more memory space than an essay in notepad.

Granted, if my experience with it when it was new is any indication, Toshiba makes better gaming systems for accountants than it does for actual gamers. Which explains why accountancy is such a popular field, I guess.

Everyone (including me) needs laptops XD. That's pretty funny.

Yup, my laptop recently had its screen completely broke. It was a piece of junk anyway so I might as well get a better laptop for Christmas

I broke mine. Well, I got water on it...

So. Now it doesn't work anymore.

So. I need to make a new one.

Which pretty much annoys me.

I want to spend a lot of time with my family. We don't really give presents to each other, so that's everything i ask for :D

I think it's the same as with birthdays. People that didn't care about you for a year, give you presents because your mother pressed you out of her womb. Big Achievement...

I was the asshole that girls would either go for or avoid because apparently I look like I "want to kill everyone." Ridiculous, right?! Anyway, I just want to start practicing with some guns before I go into the academy. I want to graduate at the top of the class, so I'm preparing for stuff in advance. Oh, and I just like music boxes. The sound makes me feel calm.

See, that's doubtful, because of all the things I've ever seen women attracted to, looking like the Columbine Killers is most definitely not one of them. So the former's definitely wrong. The latter, yeah, I buy that, seeing as my hope is you're killed in some war before you end up going full blown shooter.

Look, I'm not going to pretend that I know what women are into. I dress, look, and talk nice when I'm not saying what I really think of them. I have standards that most of them will never meet. Also, I'm referring to the police academy. Not local, but state police. My aim is to graduate top of the class, and make it onto SWAT as soon as I can. From there, I could go in a few different directions with all the training I've received and connections that I've hopefully made.

I don't see how I'd fail the psych evaluation. It's probably the easiest part of the entry process.

Some girls just have a thing for the columbine-shooter type. If that one guy had actually asked out the crush who didn't know him, we'd have one less whiny bit in his pre-school-shooting diary... Because apparently, that is a type...

A new laptop would most likely increase my productivity. So I would want the popular choice of a brand new laptop :P

But it would have to be a brand new model. I am only accepting the very best from my secret Santas this year.

Get a passing GPA till the airforce recruiters do another event at our highschool.

Christmas? Probably lots a free time for studying, procrastinating, and writing/reading.

Oh? You mean actual gifts... hm... How about finally getting a stable source of internet on my phone? Parents always cancel the data part of the plan. :(

Otherwise... well... A kindle with some money on it. I know a laptop is out of question...

I didn't know if I should have replied to the original post or the above post but whatever.

We're doing this Secret Santa thing at school, and I'm dreading who gets my card. xD My card literally has my name and "Flashlight" under it (I really need a flashlight for my nighttime adventures >~<), so I wonder what the person will think.

At least I got someone easy to buy something for.

Anyone want to brainstorm how we could do something similar here (Although, obviously, there really isn't much we can do, for who would want to give away points, but maybe there's something we could do with messages or whatever. Idk. Never mind. Bad idea. xD)?

What do you want for Christmas, now that you've seen that most of us want new laptops?

Well as none of you know, I ride my bike every single day, but a few weeks ago the back tire messed up, so I'm hoping to get a new bike or get mine fixed, along with a new pair of shoes because mine are full of holes and are falling apart. (I'm poor, so yeah)

I wanted a tea place (those shops which make milk tea and other stuff for you) to open up in my area, but I live with fcking cows.

Other than that, it was a pretty good Christmas :)

@Swiftstryker Why the R9 Nano? Just because small case? It gets outgunned by so many other cards at lower prices. Also recommended to switch out the i7 6700k to an i5 6600k to save money and get basically no performance drop.

Friend of mine says replacing the R9 Nano with a GTX 1070 would go a long way but that's such a small case. Also: small case = no overclocking. Thing would get way to hot. He knows more than me, and he helped a lot with my pc build. I can give contact deats in PM if you'd like. He says [this] is a better idea by far. Saves over $300 and everything still fits.

Unless you're dead set on all this...or you've already bought it. Good info anyways.
