With the world ending and all, I thought I would share some nice, wholesome Nathan Pyle's comics. They are cute and make me happy. ^_^

A new thing has made me happy. I have recently discovered that these kind of bats exist. They are called Honduran White Bats. They are teeny, tiny bats with cute, yellow snouts. They nest in leaves and look like little marshmellows. I want one. ^_^

It's okay. They live in Central America ^_^

Bats are my favorite! They're not as tiny or fluffy, but they look like lil' foxes.

In that case, check these out. From the same book, these are "flooers", or bats that evolved to resemble flowers.

OMG, that's so weird. I literally just saw this yesterday! (And have decided that I am getting a pet weasel. Never seen anywhere selling them, but I will make it happen.) ^_^

I do find it fun that the people who whine about cultural appropriation are always bored, argumentative white people and pretty much never people from the culture they're supposed to be appropriating. I remember when Ghost in a Shell came out. Americans practically had a seizure because they cast a white person as Major, whereas everyone in Japan was like, "Yeah, they cast her really well. Scarlett Johansson looks just like her."

I think white people like to "protect" other nationalities because it makes them feel superior.  As if these cultures which have likely survived any number of various assaults ending in bloodshed are somehow too fragile to handle another country adopting their holidays.  No, they simply must need a big, strong white person to defend them.

Sounds like a bad hombre to me. ^_^

Reminds me how there was a thing in the news about how everyone was pissing themselves about Matt Damon being the protagonist in The Great Wall and named after a folk hero was Whitewashing... Even though the conceit of the story was literally written by chinese people and it was about a european and his buddies going to China and finding out it was full of creepy aliens with eyeball shoulders.

Fun movie, though. Also *very* Chinese Propaganda.

That's a really young kid, probably too young to have chosen that costume himself.  That means it was probably his dad's idea.  Coolest dad ever.

This might just be the cutest thing I've ever seen.

It seems like guys that look like this tend to be cool like that.  Maybe it has to do with the fact that they really have nothing to prove to anyone regarding their masculinity.

You think that's bad, try giving a cat a belly rub.  Dogs have only one set of teeth, whereas cats have about five.  Putting your hand on a cat's tummy is kinda like putting your hand in a bear trap.

Time to stray away from the wholesome stuff... THIS really makes me happy. ^_^

Boners are no laughing matter.   They can be quite serious and really difficult to deal with. Can you imagine trying to stop a serious boner?  From what I understand, it certainly isn't easy.  Boners like these give the police a hard time on the job.  Like, really hard.

Any time I leave my laptop open while I'm not working on it, she ends up on the keyboard. She could be sleeping in another room when I go to the bathroom, yet when I come back she's sitting on the keyboard...
