Residents woke up this morning to find a mysterious green mushroom cloud hovering in the sky near Ogre's swamp. Reportedly, 4 people had suffered gas poisoning and were immediately sent to the hospital for treatment. The investigation is still underway, but more details will be unveiled as the situation continues to unfold.

Update: It appears that people in Hazmat suits, sent in by the Department of Homeland Security, have managed to contain the gas and quarantine it away from the writer's workshop.

And there was much rejoicing

DHS is not that competent.  This could only have been accomplished by an Eldrich God
