I know a lot of people talk about the first game they ever read here, but you were probably a guest when you read it, like me. Soo ... random, but, what was the first game you ever rated here?

To answer this question myself: It was Love SICK, much to my own surprise, since I know I read Mommy and Necromancer first. Apparently I rated it a 6 because lulz.

First Game I played and Rated on the Site was 8 goals, 28 rolls

I just replayed that one a week or so ago. Still can't get the highest score.

I can't tell you how many games I've rated that are gone now.

According to my points, Wildfur's Warrior Cats Adventure, but I'm sure I rated some as a guess.

According to my memory, it's that one WC game where you start out as a kittypet named Powder, I just can't remember the name of it...

I guess I meant "first story you rated as a member"

Was it called "Journey into DonutClan?"

Was ... was that a thing? I think I may have blocked out the memory.
 

The name "Powder" sunk into my head and was replaced with "Donut." Don't judge my shit. o_e

But I like powdered donuts. :(

Paraplaniac, rated it a six. Which is funny, because I can't remember ever reading this story...

I can't remember most of the games I've read here. After the first 500, things started to get a little fuzzy. 1000 stories in? Yeah ... yeah, no.

The Dragon Quiz! Was looking for draconic inspiration, I guess.

first game is necromancer. well i was a new one that time and i was very overwhelmed with the story.

I didn't know. So I looked. To my vast surprise it was Snow. Great story. I gave it a 7 at the time.

I started working on my first storygame before I rated my first storygame as a member apparently.

Looking back, I realize I'm 4 days away from 2 years on the site with still nothing actually published and a bunch of unfinished storygames.

There are allot of us like that. You're in swell company...err...maybe poor company depending on how you look at it.

Shame. Shaaaaame! Uh, yeah. ^^ Totally.

How is an average of 3/4, well thought out and greatly written, long pages in one day 'slug slow'? (I think I butchered the sentence structure on that one. XD It's 7:30 AM with minimum sleep...)

If you're slug slow, then how slow would that make me be? When I was actively working on Hell Storm, with the motivation of the contest and everything, the best I could do was about a page every other day. XD

That would be snail slow...with a sore foot.

^^; You're a newer member, though, and you're young. I've been writing as a hobby longer than you've been alive, I'm supposed to be faster. (>.> My logic is sound! Sound, I say!)
 

Isn't the fact that I'm young supposed to mean that I have more time to write? I mean, I have 12+ hours in a day to dedicate to writing if I could get motivated enough!

I always have a couple story tabs open, one for scripting / reference, and one for writing, lol. I usually multitask on the forums.

Wait, JJJ wrote One Kight....in one day? 0.o On top of 20 other games (19 of which were deleted, it looks like.). 21 games in one day! And then also had time to read/rate a couple dozen as well. XD

It was featured at one point. (not sure f it still is)

It was featured back when CYS was starved for decent content.

Someone necro'd and he got into the spirit of it. Not that I mind. I know a couple people got pissy, but reviving this thread after a less than month long lull doesn't seem like a huge deal.

You did miss read it! It's 'You're the Bachelor', not 'Your the Bachelor'. Unless that was a typo. If it was, then no, you're not misreading it. XD

I remember it was Snow. That storygame convinced me to stay and commit to the site.
