I really liked Avery name-dropping Patrick Rothfuss. Name of the wind got me into fantasy, it's a truly seminal work. I just wish he'd hurry up and finish Doors of Stone lol. I'm worried G.R.R.Martin might finish Winds of Winter first lol.

Just looked it up and was very surprised to find out that Dance of Dragons was published more recently than Wise Man's Fear. 14 years. Bloody hell!. Luckily, Doors of Stone is the last book in the trilogy, so there is a chance we might actually live to see the end of the series. A Song of Ice and Fire... Not a chance.

Always end up actually reading these a little late since they're not the smoithest to view on the phone, but the images and layout look so pretty when scrolling past.

I see the butchering of Alien was mentioned though. I actually do feel a little bad for him, sort of, almost. Hr had seemed to be falling into a little groove in his own weird way as far as contributing to these and the like. But fresh blowing up out of nowhere like "HOW DARE YOU ANNOY ME, WORTHLESS CREATURE, I AM INFINITELY MORE IMPORTANT THAN YOU WILL EVER BE!!" was fucking hilarious though, so worth it.

This was such a good idea. You guys do a great job with this. Don't ever stop.

I was just on a trip with a bunch of very wealthy, very priss, white middle-aged mormon women who insisted that they take a different way home after our tour guide led us through a predominantly black neighborhood. I wanted to speak up and say something but I hate conflict and I know my opinion wouldn't change their mind or anything. Our mormon tour guide did mention that all these black people pray like 5 times a day but we eventually did end up taking a different, longer way home. 

Smh to be fair a lot of older Christians do that. It's almost like they've never heard the verse "There is none righteous; no, not one."

Once had a Turkish guy deny the Armenian genocide to me and explain the massive reduction in Armenians around WWI by claiming their men were too sexually attracted to goats to have sex with women, resulting in a massive decline in their population. Oh, and to be clear, he was deadly serious.

It should be marginally better now. Still better quality with the slideshow, but everything should be readable by clicking the pages.

Style and structure are the essence of a book. Great ideas are hogwash. ^_^
