Apparently, this is what happens when you take a glass of concentrated absinthe-espresso cocktail and drink while watching Inception. A dream where you dream of dreams you are dreaming of and dream dreams where you wake up from a dream and loop a lollapalooza and oh fark haywire dreams while spinning pike a theater couree and spaghetti with chickenheads...

No, I was not drunk when I wrote that part. I was simply dazzled and spun around at all that happened in some simple walk.

Because you spun me, this is not the best story ever. But not the worst, too. 5/8.

It's not that I didn't like it, I really did, It's that my brain hurts. what if I wake up and this comment didn't exist? What if I wake up after the dream of waking up and the comment does exist, but I fell asleep after typing it? What if I wake up inside a phone eternally playing Candy Crush and I have to dodge the candy falling towards me? What if I wake up a vacuum cleaner!!!

10/10 the spelling mistakes are excusable because of how weird the story already is.

I would say it has my enjoyment since it's written better than some of the stories that find themselves being a bit or flat out random. This made me laugh a few times, so there's that as well.

Intro: Before getting into this, I would like to mention I know this is a parody, but for the purposes of this review I'm going to be ignoring that fact.

First of all I want to say that even though this is a parody the writing is not that bad. I still kind of enjoyed reading this even if it is just another lolrandom game. The style of your writing is very descriptive, and from this and the bio on your profile page you seem to be very great at describing things. Especially outlandish things I have come to notice. If you were to make a serious attempt I think you could make a story worth featuring. I can't think of many authors on this site that go this far with their outlandish descriptions and would like to see more.

Concept: The concept is pretty good. I like the whole walking this, and the inception thing even if it was repetitive after each path to see the whole inception thing, it was entertaining. At least at first. Besides the fact that this is a lol random game the concept of just walking around is an interesting one. In a story with a plot you could talk to characters and explore places with no reason beside something like I don't know traveling or something? Speaking of plot...

Plot: There isn't much of one. This isn't you fault because this a parody but ignoring that the lack of any rhyme or reason or anything at all is infuriating. Why am I walking? While this story is a lol random there could have at least been a basic plot. A reason or goal to accomplish. In any case, let's move on.

Character: Characters? What's a character?

Structure: The structure is very… weird. So you basically pick a direction and you branch off from there. One direction is a death, one makes you turn into a ball of inferno, one lets you walk in circles until your rotation destroys the earth, and another makes you walk forever until you choose to hang yourself. There are a few diffrent paths so at least it isn't liner, but still. How you reach those paths is pretty basic.

Word count: 3k. Meh. Not long, but the fact you put so much into a parody game let's me excuse this.

Spelling and grammar: Good. Not much else to say. Most games are either good or bad and that's it.

Conclusion: This game was well made. It may not be a good game on account of the lack of plot and characters, it is still very well made. I hope that we get more stories from you because your style of writing is unique and I love it. Also I never got to read the original on account of it being unpublished. 4/8

Wow. The twists, the turns, the drama. This is an inspiring tale of romance, heroism, and sacrifice that complete a winding narrative and leave the player utterly satisfied. You've done it.

Henrietta took an angry poop. Scrambled began to growl. Cogburn took a lovely dust bath. Yolko Ono ran off to chase a bug. And my two nameless future dinners sat and clucked happily while listening to the story.

Altogether the chickens gave it a 3/8.

This was a random story my friend, and you know I love randomness here.While you may of copied the original idea you still shaped it into your own little world.I mean how many dreams do you need before you wake The hell up!
It was a kinda funny twist to the story, and I wish you could of dragged your story out a little more, not that I want you to drag it out s much my skins burns in the sun.(Punz)

I never did get to read the original masterpiece, but someone brought it up on the forum which reminded me that this existed.

All things considered, way funnier than it had any right to be. I'm going to sort of envision this as a representation of what goes on in your head when you get really fired up about creating a text wall.

Nice randomness, there is a great imagination behind this if it only it hadn't been so random! It's certainly an interesting 15 minutes reading and you sort of come out of it thinking "what was I just doing"? Interesting, very interesting... :)

Lacks purpose, but that IS to be expected. Being surprised would have been nice. Also, for as random as it is, more significant branching would have been good. The descriptions were funny but often repetitive.

I just went back and read the original and now I see how horrible this is in comparison! How could you! The plot was horribly written and the characters were just so out of character. How could you. I loved the original and this... this is just sad. Shame on you. SHAME ON YOU, I SAY!

Penguin, you did your best. I can tell. So, I'm sad to say, that the original was much better. The endless looping wasn't done correctly in this game, just look at the original! I mean, it was PERFECT.

The humor wasn't all too good either, comparatively. But, since the original is such a masterpiece, I can understand your shortcomings.

This is the worst story in the world, and you totally screwed up the romance, Selena was a total retard to begin with and Mortimer could have done so much better than her, but no, you were all like "Blah Blah Blah" and that totally ruined that path, also you didn't describe anything, and you made it wayyy to difficult to do anything significant, your characters and their developments were insipid, your descriptions of what you did describe were awful, the quest was pointless, and the ending unsatisfying, in other words, you ruined 6 days of my life that I will never get back. Damn you, SentinelPenguin, DAMN YOU!
