This is going to go about as well as it did for your ancestors after the white people got off the boat.
That is an extremely specific type of friend to want, I think you would have better luck getting back in touch with anybody you knew before this who met that criteria, we don't have very many Native American users. We have some Mexicans, but they're kinda like the Bosmer of Native Americans. Lore just as crazy as the other Elves, but due to the engine limitations it's sometimes hard remember they're not just short Imperials.
Wait, we have Mexicans? When did they sneak in?
Oh yeah sure but when I do that it's a "problem" and I "need to put away those haplogroup charts from the 1800s"!
Just out of curiosity, since I think you're trolling and looking for a reaction, who do you have more common ground with? The 1/8 Native boy who grew up on a reservation but is clearly and obvoiusly white (with just enough Native ancestry to legally live on the res), or the 100% indigenous person who was adopted shortly after birth by russians and grew up in Moscow?
Apparently you can rent friends in Japan. Perhaps consider moving there? They apparently love westerners and supposedly have great restaurants and brothels.
All your wildest dreams will come true.
wait wait so, the issue here you're taking with this suggestion, is that the rent-a-friend company is Japanese?
I think you may have missed that this person was mocking you. My suspicion is that most people in this thread believe you to be morally inferior, that you are committing Hitler-esque microaggressions due to a sense of ethnic superiority, and that these character flaws—borne of extremist, low intellect CRT brainwashing in school—are a big part of why you are lonely (not necessarily my opinion, just my best guess about the general room temperature).
Again, I'm just voicing what I intuitively believe is the rough general consensus. Most people here do not believe who someone's ancestors are, what their first language is, and who they grew up with have any bearing on their worth as a person, and certainly not their suitability to be a friend, nor the ease of finding common ground with them.
Also, I'm sure a large portion is convinced you're making all this up to get a reaction.
Either way, this is probably the most entertaining noob thread I've seen in a minute since that NotJor guy.
I'm not sure what you think CRT is, but judging by the associated buzzwords, if it's Critical Race Theory you think is something that is being or has ever been taught to K-12 children in the US, I'm afraid you've been unfortunately deceived by the pernicious hallucinations of the Murdoch Countries' collective dementia. My own theory as to the cause of OP being a gremlin, based on repeated observations of people like this and the experience of having been a child on places all over the internet, is that this purple person is either not a native, or is not one in a very significant way. Without the tools to actually connect to or identify somebody that actually lives on "the rez", she's more just looking for someone to bounce her OCs and their associated ideas off of so that she can learn more about what the lifestyles and conditions of her imaginary characters might be like, from a more socially acceptable position than an outsider pestering somebody for details about their life and culture so that it can be incorporated into whatever they're writing about their OCs. Many such cases of this, the practice's been around since before the internet, when people had to do their polite and well-intentioned brownface by mail. The difference now of course is that it's easier for teenagers to do it, which I suspect the purple lady is based on self-diagnosis and typing accent, but maybe that demographic is just older now.
Your explanation makes sense though. A sneaky way to research, basically.
Anyway, I don't know if CRT is really taught in schools (colleges), but I think it's pretty clear it's taught on TikTok etc. FTR I don't necessarily resent it in and of itself, but I do resent people calling it a theory, because I feel that's an unearned level of rigor/substantiality.
EDIT: my issues with CRT are not related to whether or not it is an application or derivative of Marxism, or whatever buzz words the MAGAs like to use. They are similar to my issues with the Austrian school of economis (which rejects to a degree mathematical models and emperical evidence). I don't think CRT is rigorous enough, testable enough, and internally self-consistent enough. I'm sure someone will be offended by that, but this is 2025, we're all offended at this point. EDIT2: I didn't major in the social sciences so my opinion means little.
Lol, retarded racist fag. Edit: I've got Blackfoot and "Creek" in me but I don't think we can be friends because you seem extremely stupid.
Oh sure but when Cel mentions that he's looking for racial purity he just gets called a Nazi. Lol.
Not sure how much but I do have some Comanche blood. Don't think we can be friends though since we generally waged war on everyone around us, including other Indians. Even sold them as slaves if we weren't busy just flaying them alive and raping them.
(Not necessarily in that order)
People in ye olde times were unbelievably unsentimental about their animals. You can kind of see a remnant of that in Amish / trad Mennonite communities, or even in Mongolia where they still eat a ton of horse meat and don't name their rides. It's like, the more key a resource a horse is, the less precious you'll be about it.
Got some Cherokee in my blood but that don't mean shit, really. I've also got Irish, German, English, French, Welsh, Dutch. So I'm pretty sure my ancestors were a bunch of horny European degenerates who came over here, saw the local women, and were like "Score!"
Whether or not it was consensual, I have no idea. I'd like to think yes, but considering the general history of how white people treated the local indigenous women... well, anyways.
Anyways, if you're looking for people who you think are gonna relate to you culturally (keeping to your own people, essentially) that's on you. But did it ever occur to you that branching out would be a good thing?
Aside from the possibility that you have things in common with people outside of your own race cause we're all human, interacting with people from other races and cultures allows you to learn more about the world and the people in it, and also would give others a chance to learn more about you and your background. You know... the kind of thing that helps foster empathy and tolerance? Not to mention some of us on here have BPD or know others who have it, and would possibly be a little more understanding about your situation if you weren't being a blood purist?
EDIT: shit I replied to EndMaster when I was trying to reply to OP. My bad.
Nah I was trying to tell the OP not to be one. I accidentally replied to EndMaster's comment instead.
Anyway, I am also indigenous - I am a thirty-seven year old Israeli man named Elan Bar-Bitshurat, currently stationed in Qiryat Shemona :-)
I love electronic music and DnD
Well this has been all a bit disappointing so far. Seemed like there was a bit of fight in the noob(trolling or genuine) so I was sort of hoping to at least see something like this
But I guess I shouldn't be surprised we got this instead.
