So, tell me, my friends, what inspired you to choose the username that you did when signing up for this site?  I've seen some pretty interesting ones and am curious at what the story behind them are.

Personally, I couldn't really think of one that was suitable, and didn't really think I would be sticking around this site for as long as I did.  Decided to use Corgi, but the name was taken so I just threw in the numbers because I happen to like that particular sequence.  

Any ways, feel free to share!

This is probably the sweetest and most insightful answer that will end up popping up here.  Sounds like you put a lot of thought into your username, which always makes for something awesome to be remembered.  

What makes you say you have pushover tendencies?  I mean, I get being super nice can go hand in hand but it doesn't always have to be the case.

That's interesting, and while it may not have been the most creative, at least there is a story behind it.

Typos are great! Lots of good ideas can come from them, especially in writing.  It seems to fit you though.

Well, for me it was more of a 'On the moment' decision based on my edgy hormonal mindset at the time. Something like "A cloud watches over others, but never influences them. I'm kind of like a depressed god.."

Yeah, something like that. Buuut it's generic nature has grown on me.

I love slasher movies. Chucky, Freddy, etc. That's my shit.

It may seem a typo, but it actually comes from the title of a short story by Borges (Argentinian writer). Thanks to that story I learnt that "undr" was the Old Norse word from which "wonder" derived.
Besides, it's just strange enough a word that I could choose it as a username without having to add stuff like numbers to distinguish myself from other users.

I wanted to be edgy. I regret everything. 

Mine was just the name for a D&D character I had.

Nah, he went with Chase for whatever reason. Too American for my own tastes, but whatever..

I chose this nickname because I like the numbers 3, 7, and 11 and I also like horror stories because I'm an edgelord.

It's not that hard to figure out.

My user name is ThomasLaHomme because I want attention as a writer. My real name is Thomas La Homme. It's sad, I know, but there you have it... :( Also, on a similar note...I had actually considered posting in the Lounge a proposal that we actually post pictures of our real selves. I realize not everyone wants to take down their avatars. Me, I honestly can't remember even how I put up the thumbnail image I currently use...

I was really searching deep in the well for a username, however I just so happened to be eating an apple at the time and before I knew it my fingers had typed out a name. 

Ninja- I was into parkour in middle school.

Pitka- It's awful, but my favorite comedy movie is The Love Guru. The main character is Guru Pitka.

Also, capital letters seemed too formal for a username.

Obviously, I wanted a username that could be initialized to "BD" and Dvorak is the most phonetically pred of the keyboard layouts.
