Not bad. I think it would have been better if we didn't actually have to achieve the "in a row" numbers in order, and if we didn't have to do the pairs one and then the other.

Well, this was quite the fun strategy game. I kept playing to try and improve my score. The highest I got was 102. I also liked how there was no way to cheat, since 'going back' resulted in the subsequent roll being different than it was initially, lol. Good work!

Now THIS is exactly what a short game should be!

After painfully trudging through a series of games with a play length of 1/8, (which all barely escaped the terrible games purge) I'm so happy to come across this little hidden gem again. No story, no plot, no characters... But an actual bloody game! (And a really enjoyable, well thought out and cleverly coded one at that.)

Only complaint is that I finished with a score of 152/148. (For the two pair roll, you can do two pairs of the same number. Might want to fix that, if you ever come back.) Other than that though, thank you for making the only 1/8 length game on the site that's actually worth playing! ^_^

First of all, I liked your game!
The goal of this game is to complete all of the different series of numbers (for maximum score).

I got 68, but still, it's a strategy + luck game and I really enjoyed to play this.

I would recommend you to put a short story and then this "Final Challenge".
I can promise (at least from my view) that I will enjoy reading and playing your story!

Overall: Nice game! I would like to see you add something to this work.

This game is an excellent twist to Yahtzee, and I spent a while trying to rack up a good score.

Great fun for a while, but eventually it falls into the Yahtzee's chief pitfall, it gets monotonous. Sure, there is excitement when a roll comes up exactly the way you want it to, but overall quite monotonous.

I really liked this kinda simplified Yahtzee game. The instructions makes it appear more complicated when it really is. It helped a LOT when I took notice of the number of rolls and realized that skipping some numbers wasn't going to end the game.

Very nice and addictive game! The highest score I reached was 91. I can imagine that this took quite some scripting to make, but I can assure you it's worth it. I just did this on my cell phone which can't go back, forcing me to play the real way. Very difficult! Took me a while to figure out how it worked, though. Great for killing time. 7 of 8.

Madglee: You're right, the best score available is 152. Yes, you can use the two pair as another 'four of a kind', if you get enough numbers to do two pairs of the same number.
Fleshnblood_78: I got this score purely putting numbers into goal 8, and none of the others, and it added up correctly, so it should be working.

i dont think your goal8= is working properly. also, in the print it says two pairs. but as the option it says two pair. not that it means anything, but i think you got a great game that could be tweaked a bit.

Okay, I see what happened. I believe you calculated the maximum score incorrectly. First, 'two pair' will accept what is really four of a kind. e.g., four sixes. Then, all sixes plus four in a row of 3,4,5,6 and five in a row of 2,3,4,5,6 will equal 152. If you fix the two pair thing, the highest would be 5,5,6,6 for that and would make the highest total 150. This is fun.
